            This appeal is against the order of the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, Puducherry in C.C.No.15/2013, dated 25.06.2014.

            2. Along with the appeal memorandum, the appellant/O.P. has filed an application M.P.No.6/2015 seeking to condone the delay of 186 days in preferring the appeal. The said application was allowed subject to the payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten-Thousand only) to the respondent on or before 15.04.2015. In the said order, it is also ordered that the matter could be remanded to District Forum, Puducherry for fresh disposal after giving notice, after receiving the reply version from the appellant herein and after affording opportunity to both to file documents and to let in oral evidence.

            3. In view of the order made in M.P.No.6/2015, dt. 02.04.2015, this appeal stands allowed. The order of the District Forum, Puducherry made in C.C.No.15/2013, dated 25.06.2014 is set aside and the matter is remitted back to the District Forum, Puducherry for fresh disposal. The District Forum shall fix the date for the appearance of both the parties and on that day the petitioner/appellant/O.P. shall be permitted to file reply version.  Thereafter affording opportunity to both the parties, the matter shall be decided by the District Forum.

            4) The District Forum, Puducherry is directed to dispose of the matter at the earliest in any event  within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
