          This R.P. has been filed by the Revision Petitioner/Opposite Party to set aside the exparte order passed by the DCDRC, Chennai (North) dt.30.01.2024 in C.C.No.158/2023 and this Commission made the following order in open court:

Respondents 1 and 2 present.  No representation for the Revision Petitioner.

Today, this Revision Petition is posted for appearance of the Revision Petitioner and for enquiry or for dismissal.

When the matter was called at 10.30 A.M., the Revision Petitioner was not present.  Hence, passed it over and called again at 04.30 P.M. still, there is no representation for the Revision Petitioner.  Hence, I am of the view that keeping the Revision Petition pending is of no use as the Revision Petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. 

Hence, this Revision Petition is dismissed for default.  No costs.
