Complainant has suffered statement which has been recorded separately to the effect that he handed over the old mobile set alongwith accessories to the learned counsel for OP No.3.  He also accept the offer made by Sh.Ravinder Parmar, advocate counsel for OP-3 provided that payment of Rs.7800/- is made within 20 days from today. Therefore, he may kindly be permitted to withdraw this complaint with reserving my right to approach to this Forum in case of need.

Learned counsel for OP No.3 has suffered statement which has been recorded separately to the effect that he has recived the mobile set in question alongwith accessories from the complainant – Amit Kumar. In view of acceptance the offer by complainant, the OP No.3 will make the payment of Rs.7800/- to complainant within 20 days from today.

Accordingly, the Op No.3 is directed to make the offered payment of Rs.7800/- to complainant within 20 days from today.  In view of recorded statement of complainant, he is permitted to withdraw this complaint, consequently, this complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant will have right to approach to this Forum, if needed be.  File be indexed and consigned to record room.
