The  Opposite Party shall within fifteen days from the date of the receipt of this order  rectify all the deficiencies  in the said cabin and its equipment and make the same workable  and upon the complainant being satisfied with the working  and with the rectification of the deficiencies  the complainant shall pay the balance amount of Rs. 48,000/- to the  Opposite Party.   In the event they fail and neglect to comply with this order within thirty days from the receipt of the order the Opposite Party shall refund the sum of Rupees Twenty five thousand only  with interest at 9% per annum  and after the payment the Complainant shall hand over the audiogram cabin back to the Opposite party.
