CHANDIGARH Consumer Complaint No. 668 of 2010 Mrs.Nishi Bhardwaj wife of Sh.Gaurav Bhardwaj, Residents of House No.62, Phase 2, Majithia Enclave, Patiala, Punjab. – Complainant. Versus 1. A.M.Services, Authorized Service Center, Samsung India Electronic Pvt. Ltd. Cabin No.2, First Floor, SCO No.1034-1035, Sector 22-B, Chandigarh. 2. Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. 7th & 8th Floor, IFCI Tower, 61, Nehru Place, New Delhi. - Opposite Parties Present: Sh.Varun Sharma, Advocate for Complainant. Sh.Anil Saini, Manager of OP No.1. None for OP No.2. Dated, the 25th day of February, 2011. ORDER 1. This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by them is reproduced as under:- “Statement of Sh.Anil Saini s/o Sh.Harbhajan Saini, Manager of OP No.1 (A.M.Services). The matter has been settled between the parties. As per settlement, the OP No.1 will refund the invoice amount of Rs.10,650/- of the mobile handset in question i.e. Samsung GT-B5310 to the complainant within thirty days from today i.e. 25.2.2011. The mobile handset in question is already lying with us. Statement of Sh.Varun Sharma, Advocate for Complainant. I accept the above statement given by Sh.Anil Saini, Manager of OP No.1. The complaint may be disposed of accordingly.” 2. In view of the above statements, the complaint stands disposed of. The OP No.1 would refund the invoice amount of Rs.10,650/- of the mobile handset in question i.e. Samsung GT-B5310 to the complainant within thirty days from today i.e. 25.2.2011. 3.
