Sh. Arun Sharma, holding brief of Sh. R.S. Raghav, Advocate, has filed the copy of the agreement which is attested by Notary and has also submitted that the intimation to the fact, that in order to verify the compromise between the parties the respondent is to appear before the Commission, was given to him at Haridwar on 06.04.2015.  But none has appeared on behalf of the respondent-complainant.

We, therefore, in the light of the Memorandum of Understanding pertaining to the compromise between the parties, direct that the appeal be disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding filed before this Commission.

The compromise deed shall be a part of the order passed by this Commission.

Accordingly, the appeal is finally disposed of.
