          A cheque No.000917 dated 23.2.2010 drawn on ICICI Bank Ltd., Saket, N.Delhi in the sum of Rs.4,000/- has been handed over to the respondent towards payment of litigation expenses as directed on 8.1.2010.

          Since the amount involved in this Revision Petition is only Rs.20,000/-, we are not inclined to interfere with the same.  However, petitioner would be liable to refund only Rs.15,000/- instead of Rs.20,000/- awarded by the fora below.

          Revision Petition is disposed of in above terms.

          The order passed by the State Commission be not taken as a precedent for future references.
