The complainant files hazira through his Ld. Advocate who is present.

O R D E R

          Heard. Seen the application dtd. 27.02.2014 supported by affidavit of the complainant praying for disposal of the case on the ground that he is not willing to proceed further with the case because the OP has already given service connection in the house of the complainant. The complainant has comeup with the instant case for direction upon the OP for effecting service connection in his dwelling house.

          Since the complainant by filing application supported by affidavit is not willing to proceed further with this case because he has availed of service connection from the OP, so we feel that the instant case should be dismissed on prayer of the complainant. It is to be noted that the complainant has not now sought for any cost.

Hence, the instant case be and the same is dismissed without any cost on prayer of the complainant.
