Haziras are filed on behalf of the complainant and also on behalf of the OP through their respective Ld. Advocates. The Op no.1 has also filed W/V. Copy served. The ld. Advocate for the complainant has filed a petition to dispose of the case for non prosecution on the ground that the dispute has been settled. Heard both sides. It appears from W/V (supported by Affidavit) filed by the OP no.1 today that on 05.01.2014, electricity service connection has been effected in favour of the complainant for his dwelling house. The ld. Advocate for the complainant has admitted the same by making submission in this regard and also submitted to dispose of the case for non prosecution.

In the circumstances as aforesaid, the instant case be and the same is dismissed against the OPs on prayer of the complainant since electric service connection has already been effected by the OP no. 1.
