Matter is reported settled between the parties for Rs.18000/- The complainant is ready to remit the amount in three instalments.The amount deposited in the forum comprises the amount.The balance of Rs.13000 shall be paid within may 30^th in three instalments in the following ratio.Rs.3000 before 31/03/2021 Rs.5000 before 30^th  April Rs.5000 before 30^th May.The OP has the liberty to receive back the amount deposited with the commission.To that effect a statement is filed.Bill amount Upto january 03/08/2021 is remains closed.Hence the complaint stands dismissed.
