          In our view, impugned order passed by the State Commission, dismissing the Appeal on the ground of delay of 108 days in filing the Appeal, cannot be said to be in any way erroneous which would call for any interference in Revision Petition. On facts also, the District Forum has awarded Rs.11,000/- only as compensation.
          Hence, this Revision Petition is dismissed.
