            Complainant is absent on repeated calls. But it is surprising for us to see that he has furnished his liability just on filing hazira.

            Strong objection is raised by the OP even on behalf of the Proforma Op.

            Heard and seen the record. The conduct of the complainant is not satisfactory. On proceeding occasion it was already decided by us to dismiss the case in the event of further occasion is his absence. So there is no better scope for keeping this case without expectation of any prospect .Hence ordered

            That the case is dismissed for default.
