M/s Indira Plywood Ind. vs. A Infrastructure Ltd. 

CC No. 342 of 2016.

 

Present: Sh. Amrit Pal Singh, Advocate,  counsel for complainant.

            

                        Counsel for the complainant made a statement that there is some technical defect in the present complaint, so, he withdraws the same seeking permission to file a fresh one in the appropriate Court.  

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file his complaint before the competent court of law/authority, if so advised. The Assistant is directed to return the original documents, if any, to the complainant after retaining the photo copies of the same on the file. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
