            Counsel for the appellants submitted that the entire amount of Rs.2,78,500/- has been deposited in this Commission and this Commission vide order in F.A.I.A.No.1626/2008 dated 7-7-2008 has also granted interim stay in view of deposit of the entire amount.

        It is observed from the record that the respondent filed a counter that he has no objection for allowing the appeal and cancelling the arrest warrants since the appellants had deposited the entire amount. 

        Accordingly this appeal is allowed setting aside the order of the District Forum in P.P.No.17/2004 with respect to the direction of imprisonment of appellants for two years.  There shall be no order as to costs.

        Office is directed to transmit the amount deposited by the appellants to the District Forum for enabling the complainants to withdraw the same by filing a competent petition.
