Applicant nos.1 & 2 are present in person. Advocate for opponent no.6 is present. As per order dated 12/09/2022 of Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Mumbai in Appeal no.A/19/956, it is directed in the said order to the District Commission to refund an amount of Rs.75,000/- along with interest thereon, if any.  Hence, we pass the following order:-
