            Complainant and opposite party present. Opposite party offered P41 Smart Phone of Panasonic with same specification of the defective phone. Complainant is abroad and on behalf of the complainant his brother received the phone and handed over the defective phone with accessories to the opposite parties. Both parties jointly filed memo of settlement. Hence the petition is disposed off as settled.
