THIRU. S. PANDIAN,

 Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite parties to pay a sum of Rs.14,500/- being the insured amount for the iphone  and also to pay a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as damages and deficiency in service and also to pay cost of the complaint.

As per the endorsement made by the counsel for the complainant, this compliant is dismissed as withdrawn.  No cost.
