Advocate for Opposite Party filed v.nama and a memo regarding deposit of draft bearing No. 889088 Dt. 17/08/2023 amounting to Rs. 1,00,00,000/-(Rupees one crore)only to the Complainant.
The Complainant has also filed a petition regarding settlement between the parties.
The Complainant has received the sum assured with full satisfaction and does not want to proceed in this case further.
Hence, the case is disposed off.
