Advocate for both sides are present. Advocate for Ops has  filed a memo stating that  the matter has already been settled in between the parties outside the Forum  to the full satisfaction of the complainant and  the complainant has no further Claim relating to this case Therefore it is prayed by the Ld. Counsel for ops to drop this case. Copy served upon the Ld. Counsel  of complainant without objection. for which the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and want to withdraw the case.
