ORDER PASSED BY THE DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FOURM(COURT), BARGARH ON DT.12/01/2018.

Case posted today for filing version by OP as last chance.

The Complainant as well as the Opposite Parties appeared through their advocate and filed one joint petition containing therein than the Parties have compromised the dispute among them out side the court. It has been settled that the Opposite Parties would give a sum of Rs. 20,000/-(Rupees twenty thousand)only in total to the Complainant towards full and final claim and settlement in this case. That the Parties in this case would not claim anything further from each other for the cause of this case. Further the Opposite Parties will not make the Complainant liable for any claim in their website and CIBIL account of Banking transaction. The Parties in the joint petition have prayed to pass appropriate order in the case.

Perused the petition, all the parties with their advocates have endorsed to the petition and both the parties appeared through their advocates pressed the petition and heard on the matter.

Hence the forum on the basis of the Compromise Petition the Complaint is withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
