The case record is put up before Lok Adalat.  Advocate for the complainant  is present and files a memo stating therein that,  the cheques have been received by the complainant in view of the compromise petition  filed earlier and it is further stated that the cheques have already been encashed and debited to the account of the complainant towards full & final settlement  of the dispute.  In view of such settlement, the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further. 

      Accordingly, the case is hereby disposed of being settled in between the parties.
