Both parties  are present.  Advocate  for the complainant filed a petition stating  therein that,  during pendency of this case the matter has been amicably settled in between the parties outside this Commission Therefore     the complainant does not want to proceed with the case further and want to withdraw this case. 

Heard. Allowed. This case is hereby   dropped  being withdrawn by the complainant.
