This Case record is taken up today on the strength of a compromised memo filed by both the parties. The parties submitted through memo dt. 14.01.2020, that they have settled their disputes amicably out of Court and the complainant does not want to procced further against the OP in this case.

              In view of above facts, we close this case against the OP as not pressed.
