Case is posted today for hearing on memo and version by the Ops.
Parties are present through their respective advocates. Op No.3(three) has filed his version through his advocate.
In the meantime, the Complainant has filed a petition through his advocate stating therein that the Complainant has already received the compensation amount of Rs.1,40,000/- from the OP and willing to withdraw the case against the OPs.
Further it reveals from the account statement of the Complainant filed by OP No.2 vide his account number 024053008402 the compensation amount is credited in his account.
Hence, in view of the above circumstances the petition filed by the Complainant is allowed and the case is dropped against the OPs and disposed off today, in the open forum.
