Later on :- The Petitioner himself appeared before the Forum and filed a memo stating therein that the dispute has already been settled between the Parties and the Petitioner does not want to proceed with the case further more and prayed to dropp the complaint.

Perused the memo asked the Petitioner, the Petitioner told that dispute has already been settled between the Parties, he does not want to proceed further with the case and want a order dropping the complaint.

Hence orders that the complaint is dropped against the Ops and disposed off accordingly.
