Case record put up today on the strength of put up joint petition filed by the Complainant and OP No.1.

As per the petition filed, the dispute between the parties has been Compromised in terms of settlement.

The parties have filed memorandum of settlement in support of documentary evidence.

Heard. The petition is  allowed and the OP No.1 is directed to settle the dispute as per the memorandum of settlement.

As the case is amicably settled between the parties, accordingly the case is disposed off.
