                                Complainant is present . Heard the complainant. Perused the complainant petition . It is seen that, F.A. No . 513 of 2011 is pending before the Hon’ble  state commission and during the  pendency of the said F.A. the complainant. Is filing consumer complainant time and again before this forum vide C.C. No  : 65/2012 and the present  case to avoid decimation. In the event complainant has any grievance regarding   his bill amount  , he may approach  the same before the Hon’ ble  commission in F.A No:513  of 2011 and their is no requirement for this forum   to await  the decision of the Hon’ ble commission. As and when the complainant  decision to file a complainant case. During pendency of F.A. No: 513/2011 the present complainant case is not   maintainable before this Forum. It is  also seen that, this forum has not awaited the decision  of the Hon’ ble commission in C.C. No : 65/12 and there is also no requirement in this case to await the decision of the Humble commission.

              Accordingly the case of the complainant is dismissed as not maintainable.
