During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the complainant made statement that he withdraw the present complaint with permission may be granted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action. In view of statement suffered by him, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and complainant is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if allowed by law.
