Barnali Sen and her husband have appeared before this Forum and they have prayed for releasing balance decreetal amount .Considered their prayer and after proper assessment of the decreetal dues it is found that Dhr Barnali Sen is entitled to Rs. 120,139/- as final amount in satisfaction of her decreetal dues but she already got Rs. 50,000/- on 21/04/2014 so she is entitled to balance amount of Rs. 70139/- but jdr has issued a Bank draft of rs. 118139/- in favour of her due to wrong reading of the entire decree and in that cheque  D/D an amount of Rs. 48,000/-is included what would be deposited by the Jdr before this Forum. In the above premises Dhr to deposit the entire demand draft Rs. 118139/- as final settlement. deposit Rs. 48,000/- to the Forums Account as refundable amount and hand over the D/D no- 001842 dt. 20/05/2014 drawn in Axis Bank Jadavpur for a sum of Rs. 118139/- to the Dhr and her husband Ajit Kumar Sen on proper receipt.

Thus the Execution case be ands same is disposed of on full satisfaction keep the amount at present to DDO's custody.
