              Complaint filed to direct the opposite parties to pay compensation of Rs. 50,000 /-from each for the deficiency of the service, etc.  and other reliefs. Today this Commission made the following:-

              Complainant, his counsel and opposite parties counsel are present. Complainant counsel filed a memo, which stated that complainant wants to withdraw the complaint and it was recorded.  It is part and parcel of this order.  As per the above memo, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.
