Parties file hazira. It appears that op.3 and 4 have already filed w.v. S/R of op.2 is received without service. So, the complainant is to take steps upon op.2.The complainant by filing a petition prays for treating service of notice upon op.1 as duly served. The petition be treated as M.A no.38/2017.Perused the petition and material on record. Hd we find then ref slip dt.23.08.2016 issued by postal dept. that notice was duly sent to the op.1 E mediatekHaryana   through reg post with a/d. Evidently no a/d is received back and none that 30 days have already lapsed.

So, in view of provision S28Act (3) CP act it is declared that notice has been duly served upon op.1 and the petition is allowed.

Thus the M.A is disposed of accordingly.
