Order No.77.

Dt.14.02.19.             The record is put up on the strength of one application and along with this application another petition is filed from the side of the complainant, Miss Archita Paul, which speaks for withdrawal of the instant case on the ground stated therein.  Ld advocate for the OP is also present.  The petition so filed is a verified petition by the complainant herself.  In presence of Ld advocate of both sides the case record is taken up.  The complainant herself in context of the petition is examined before this Forum and her examination-in-chief is recorded while cross-examination declined from OP side.  During oral evidence before this Forum complainant submitted that her allegation against the OP, Dr. Debasish Ghosh has been amicably settled out of Forum while Dr. Debasish Ghosh, the OP of this case has handed over to her a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- as full and final settlement.  Money receipt to that effect along with its photo copy submitted before Forum while original returned to the complainant. Complainant filed her Voter-ID card with her signature thereon in Xerox.  Heard Ld advocates of both sides.  The complainant herself and her Ld advocate on record both submitted before this Forum for dropping this case as withdrawal petition in that respect has been filed.  Heard Ld advocate for the OP, Dr. Debasish Ghosh.   After hearing both sides on perusal of the petition filed today and after going through the evidence recorded of the complainant and the money receipt as filed by the complainant we are of the considered view that the instant case is withdrawn and dropped accordingly on full and final satisfaction of the complainant and thus disposed of.  Let a copy of this order be handed over to the parties free of cost.
