Case was posted on Dt.03/07/2020 for appearance and version by Ops.
But in the meantime the Advocate for the Complainant filed a memo and pressed before the Forum that the parties have settled the dispute among them outside the court and the Complainant does not want to proceed further in this case anymore.
Heard the advocate for the Complainant and verified the case record and we found that it is necessary to drop the case here by not lingering the matter further. However in the meantime District Bar Association, Bargarh bearing letter No. DBA 341/20 requesting the Hon'ble Court in view of COVID 19 not to resume regular Court works till 03/07/2020 and the necessary urgent woks may be taken upon with the consents of both the parties.
Therefore we feel it is necessary to drop the case here.
Hereby the case is dropped here and disposed off today.
