Dhr present through his Advocate. The Jdr No.2 & 3/OP No.2 & 3 through their Advocate Sri S.K.Mohanty filed memo of compliance of order passed in C.C.No.04/2017 vide Forum's order Dt.08/11/2017 containing there in that the Jdrs intend to deposit the awarded amount and accordingly the Jdr No.2 & 3 through their advocates have deposited one cheque bearing No.949618 Dt.04/12/2017 for an amount of Rs. 15,176/-(Rupees fifteen thousand one hundred seventy six)only as per order of the Forum in C.C.No.04/2017 to be delivered to the Dhr.
The aforementioned cheque bearing No. 949618 Dt.04/12/2017 for the amount Rs.15,176/-(Rupees fifteen thousand one hundred seventy six)only received by the Advocate for the Dhr to-day towards full and final settlement of the claim.
Hence the Execution proceeding is hereby dropped.
