The case record is put up before Lok Adalat.  The complainant is present and Advocate for the OPs 1 & 2  is  also present.  OP.3 is absent. Keeping in view the allegation made in the complaint, the OP.3 has no role to play in the settlement effected between the complainant and the OPs 1 & 2. The complainant and the OPs 1 & 2 entered into a settlement, whereby the OPs 1 & 2 agreed to pay Rs.40,000/-  towards the compensation to the complainant to which, the complainant is also agreed. In view of the above settlement between the necessary parties, the OPs 1 & 2  are directed  to pay a sum of  Rs.40,000/-  to the complainant  within a period of one month from the date of this order. 

  

    The case is disposed off accordingly.
