COMMON ORAL ORDER IN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS BEARING NOS.354 OF 2016 + 356 OF 2016 + 357 OF 2016 +

358 OF 2016 (Total four consumer complaints)

Per – Hon’ble Mr. V. P. Utpat, President

          In all these consumer complaints, Complainants in person are present together with their learned counsel, Adv. Nilesh Bhandari.  Parties present before us submit that the Complainants do not intend to prosecute these consumer complaints and as such, Complainants may be permitted to withdraw these consumer complaints.  In support of these submissions, today the Complainants have filed pursis seeking permission of this Forum to withdraw these consumer complaints.  Learned counsel for the Complainants, identifies the Complainants as well as their signatures on the pursis.  In view of such submissions and pursis leave is granted to the Complainants to withdraw these consumer complaints.  Accordingly, all these consumer complaints stands disposed of as withdraw.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
