Per Mr.S.M.Shembole, Hon`ble Presiding Judicial Member.

 

 

None for appellant is present, its counsel Shri.G.P.Shinde is also absent. Both the respondents are also absent. Adv.Shri.D.D.Shardul for respondent No.1 is also absent. The record reflects that none for appellant is present since 11.3.2013 though the matter was adjourned twice.  On 15.4.2013 matter was adjourned till 14.6.2013 by way of last chance subject to condition of depositing cost of Rs.500/- by the appellant in the "Legal Aid Account" of this Commission. But the same order is not yet complied. On last date i.e. on 14.7.2013 by way of one more chance matter was adjourned till today. But today also nobody for the appellant is present. Hence there is no alternative except to dismiss the appeal for default and accordingly it is dismissed. No order as to cost.
