2.	Tata Motors Limited, Office  is situated at 20th floor, One India bulls Center, Tower 2 A, 841, Senapathi Bapat Marg, Elephant Stone Road, Mumbai-4000 13, Maharashtra.
3.	Tata Motor Finance Limited, Having it’s Branch Office  is Tata Motor Finance Limited, Represented by it’s Manager, 3rd floor, Vyjayanthi Hotel Building, Near More Shopping Mall, Magunta Layout, Nellore Town. Having it’s head office at Begumpet, Hyderabad.           ..…Opposite parties

      This complaint filed u/Section-12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 prays to direct the opposite parties 1 and 2 to rectify the defect in engine and deliver in good condition  and or replace the same  with a new one, to pay Rs.1,50,000/- towards loss of earning, to pay Rs.1,50,000/- mental agony etc., to direct the opposite party No.3  not to take any  steps for recovery of the loan amount till vehicle is repaired or until disposal of complaint.

This complaint coming on this day before us for hearing in the presence of                              Sri D. Phaniratnam, advocate for the complainant and  Sri D. Chandrasekhar,                        advocate for the opposite party No.1, opposite party No.2 called absent and Sri Arigela Nagendra Sai, advocate for the opposite party No.3 and this Forum made the following:

The petition is advanced to this day as per order in I.A.No.92/2017.  The complainant present.  Sri.D. Phaniratnam and the complainant filed memo that the matter is settled out of court and hence to dismiss the complaint.  The contents of the complaint are explained and read over in telugu  and explained to the complainant in telugu and admitted by him to be true and correct.  Hence memo allowed.   In view of the allowing  of memo, this complaint is dismissed as settled out of court. No costs.
