Decree Holder is present.  JDr files certain documents.  It is seen that this Forum in CC No. 55/2010 had directed the JDr herein to recover Rs.1400/- per month from the salary of Sri. Laxmi Narasimhaiah, OP1 therein, and pay it to the Decree Holder herein.  The said OP1 was suspended, transferred, reposted and now he is posted to Karnataka State Backward Commission, Bangalore on 26.06.2012.  Hence, it is not possible for the JDr to recover any amount from OP1.  Hence, we hereby direct Karnataka State Backward Commission, Bangalore to recover the amount from the salary of Sri. Laxmi Narasimhaiah at the rate of Rs.1400/- per month till the loan of the Decree Holder herein is completely satisfied.  This Execution is ordered to be filed accordingly.
