ORDER

The complaints are allowed. Opposite Parties are jointly and severally shall pay the entire amount mentioned in the Fixed Deposit Receipts in CC.No.254.2014 Rs.53,000 (Rupees Fifty three thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to  C3, in CC.No.255 2014 Rs.1,10,875 (Rupees One lakh ten thousand eight hundred seventy five only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4,   in CC.No.256 2014 Rs.3,70,000 (Rupees Three lakh Seventy thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4, in CC.No.257 2014 Rs.4,64,769 (Rupees Four lakhs Sixty four thousand seven hundred sixty nine only) i.e Ex.C1 to C8, in CC.No.275 2014 Rs.76,000 (Rupees Seventy Six thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4,  in CC.No.276 2014 Rs.49,000 (Rupees Forty nine thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.277 2014  Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees One lakh only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.281 2014 Rs.37,000 (Rupees Thirty seven thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4, in CC.No.285 2014 Rs.1,00,000 (Rupees One lakh only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.293 2014 Rs.64,500 (Rupees Sixty four thousand five hundred only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4, in CC.No.294 2014 Rs.20,000 (Rupees Twenty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.295 2014 Rs.2,04,992 (Rupees Two lakhs four thousand nine hundred ninety two only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.296 2014 Rs.40,000 (Rupees Forty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.297.2014 Rs.50,000 (Rupees Twenty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1,  along with contractual rate of interest from the respective date of deposits till the date of maturity to the complainants and thereafter Opposite Parties shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the respective date of maturity till the date of payment. And also pay Rs.2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) each case towards the cost of the litigation expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

The F.D.R. if any deposited by the Complainant be returned fourth with by substituting the certified.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
