ORDER

The complaints are allowed. Opposite Parties are jointly and severally shall pay the entire amount mentioned in the Fixed Deposit Receipts in CC.No.197/2014 Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2, in CC.No.237/2014 Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only) i.e Ex.C1,   in CC.No.238/2014 Rs.1,56,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty six thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2, in CC.No.239/2014 Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.240/2014 Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty five thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.246/2014  Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C15, in CC.No.247/2014 Rs.1,11,000/- (Rupees One lakh eleven thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.249/2014 Rs.1,53,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty three thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4, in CC.No.258/2014 Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs fifty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4, in CC.No.268/2014 Rs.2,75,765/- (Rupees Two lakhs seventy five thousand seven hundred sixty five only) i.e Ex.C1 to C13, along with contractual rate of interest from the respective date of deposits till the date of maturity to the complainants and thereafter Opposite Parties shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the respective date of maturity till the date of payment. And also pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) each case towards the cost of the litigation expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

The F.D.R. if any deposited by the Complainant be returned fourth with by substituting the certified.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
