01.This is an appeal preferred by the unsuccessful complainant
02. The brief facts of the complaint are that the complainant who is a constable by profession for blood, urine re-examination along with Ultrasonography of Abdomen. Opposite party No.2 gave a report with an entry ‘negative’ for Cancer. On the next day i.e., 15-06-10 on the advice of Dr.S.Chandrasekhar the complainant went to KLR Pathology laboratory, Kurnool for the same tests, where it was suspected that the complainant was suffering from ACUTE MYELOID LEUKAEMIA. The complainant approached opposite party No.1 for blood examination which was prescribed by Dr.Isreal Raju on
3. heumatoid Arthritis, M.S.Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, Bangalore and they are unconcerned with the other Lab reports. So also alleged expenditure and that he is unconcerned with it.
Dr.K.Lakshmi Reddy was examined as PW1 and Dr.Surya Babu was examined as RW1.Complainant and opposite parties filed their written arguments.

11.There is no dispute that the complainant approached OP 1 for blood test on the prescription of wherein it is observed that
12.In the result, the appeal is dismissed confirming the order of the District Forum and consequently the complaint stands dismissed. No order as to costs in the appeal.
