         No representation for Appellant and 1^st Respondent. 2^nd Respondent present. The case is posted today for filing written arguments of appellant and 2^nd Respondent and arguments or for dismissal. When the matter was called at 10.30 a.m the appellant and 1^st Respondent did not appear, hence  passed over and  called again at 12.30 pm, then also there is no representation for appellant and 1^st Respondent and written arguments also not filed. Hence keeping the appeal pending is of no use as parties are not interested in prosecuting the case.

          Hence the appeal is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
