The complaints are allowed. Opposite Parties are jointly and severally shall pay the entire amount mentioned in the Fixed Deposit Receipts in CC.No.195/2014 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, in CC.No.196/2014 Rs.54,000/- (Rupees Fifty four thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4 and Rs.29,018/-  (Rupees Twenty nine thousand eighteen only) i.e Ex.C5,   in CC.No.201/2014 Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2, in CC.No.202/2014 Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten lakhs only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2, in CC.No.205/2014 Rs.89,506/- (Rupees Eighty nine thousand five hundred six only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2, in CC.No.206/2014 in Annexure-1 Rs.2,64,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs sixty four thousand only) and in Annexure –B Rs.2,59,000/- (Rupees Two Fifty nine thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C32 , in CC.No.210/2014 Rs.95,000/- (Rupees Ninety five thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2,   in CC.No.211/2014 Rs.89,500/- (Rupees Eighty nine thousand Five hundred only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4,  in CC.No.212/2014 Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only) i.e Ex.C1, CC.No.213/2014 Rs.69,000/- (Rupees Sixty nine thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 & C2,  CC.No.214/2014 Rs.2,70,000/- (Rupees Two lakhs seventy thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C3,  CC.No.215/2014 Rs.83,000/- (Rupees Eighty three thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C4, CC.No.219/2014 Rs.1,78,785/- (Rupees One lakh seventy eight thousand seven hundred eighty five only) i.e Ex.C1 to C3, in CC.No.220/2014 Rs.8,000/- (Rupees Eight thousand only) i.e Ex.C1, CC.No.221/2014 Rs.17,680/- (Rupees Seventeen thousand six hundred eighty only) i.e Ex.C1,  in CC.No.222/2014 Rs.1,98,900/- (Rupees One lakhs Ninety eighty thousand nine hundred only)  i.e Ex.C1 to C4, CC.No.234/2014 Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty thousand only) i.e Ex.C1 to C3, along with contractual rate of interest from the respective date of deposits till the date of maturity to the complainants and thereafter Opposite Parties shall pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the respective date of maturity till the date of payment. And also pay Rs.2,000/- (Rupees two thousand only) each case towards the cost of the litigation expenses.  Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of this order.

The F.D.R. if any deposited by the Complainant be returned fourth with by substituting the certified.

The copy of this order as per the statutory requirements be forwarded to the parties and therefore the file be consigned to record.
