The case of the complainant in brief is that the complainant has purchased one electric kitchen chimney an installments on 30.4.3013 and she pad Rs.1500/- on that date as 1^st installment and she paid all the amount through different installment but the op did not provide any warranty card of that product. The complainant asked for warrantee card to the OP but the Op said that it was out of stock and ultimately they did not provide warranty card to the complainant till date of entire installment.

 On 10.8.2013 one service now attended for routine service and at the time of cleaning the chimney he fall down it and causing broken damaged. The complainant expressed the incident to two sales men who assured him to replace the same but all in vain. Thereafter the complainant personally met with the manager but declined to replace the broken chimney lamp free of cost.

 The case proceeds exparte against the Op. The complainant has filed documents in support of her contention and evidence also.

 The complainant has purchased one kitchen chimney through installments without warrantee card. All the documents the complainant filed from which it is not clear for which period the warrantee of the kitchen chimney is valid and what is the terms and conditions of the kitchen chimney. So we are of the view that the complainant fails to proved has case.

 Hence it is ,

ORDERED

 That the case and the same is dismissed  exparte.
