The opposite party is directed to return the complainant's vehicle TVS XL Super Vehicle bearing Regn.No. TN 47 L6420 to the complainant and to pay Rs.5000/- [Rupees five thousand only] towards compensation and also to pay Rs.1000/-[Rupees one thousand only] towards cost of this complaint to the complainant within 60 days from the date of this order.
