Disputes between the parties having been settled outside the court evidenced the memo dtd.14.11.2022 filed by the complainant on which the counsel for the O.P endorsed his no objection .The commission having subsequently been satisfied by examining the complainant as to her voluntary act to be withdrawn vis.a-vis the truth of the averments of the memo .Hence this commission in the interest of justice allows the complainant to withdraw her case.

Accordingly the case is disposed off in view of the withdrawn the no cost. The certified copies of this order be provided to the parties on their appearance on at free of cost .The file be consigned to record room for completion.
