Complainant and counsel are present. Opposite party counsel also present a joint compromise petition is filed stating that the complainant has withdrawn all the allegations made against the opposite parties and he is ready and agreed to receive a sum of Rs.3,28,193/- from opposite party towards full and final settlement. Opposite party also agreed to pay the said amount within a period of 2 months from today. In view of both parties have arrived at a compromise as per the terms and conditions of the compromise petition, the same is allowed in terms of compromise petition. Accordingly the complaint of the complainant is disposed off.
