This is a complaint filed under section 12 of C.P. Act, 1986 praying to direct the opposite parties to receive the due amount of Rs.60,858/- and deduct extra amount of Rs.17,396/- from total amount of Rs.78,354/- and to pay compensation of Rs.15,000/- for mental agony and Rs.5,000/- towards costs of the complaint.

 This C.C. coming on before us this day in the presence of Sri M. Chennaiah Goud, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the complainant and Sri K. Chandramouli, Advocate, Mahabubnagar for the opposite parties and having stoodover for consideration till this day, this Forum delivered the following:

            Affidavit of complainant not filed. At this stage, the complainant filed a memo stating that the matter is settled out of court as such the complaint can be dismissed as not pressed.  The memo is accordingly recorded.  In view of the memo filed, the complaint is dismissed as not pressed.  No costs.
