ORAL ORDER 

 Per – Hon’ble Mr. V. P. Utpat, President

           Complainant in person is present together with his learned counsel, Adv. S. H. Pawar.  Parties present before us submit that the Complainant does not intend to prosecute this consumer complaints and as such, Complainant may be permitted to withdraw this consumer complaint.  In support of these submissions, today the Complainant has filed pursis seeking permission of this Forum to withdraw the consumer complaint.  Learned counsel for the Complainant, identifies the Complainant as well as his signature on the pursis.  In view of such submissions and pursis, leave is granted to the Complainant to withdraw this consumer complaint.  Since this complaint is as yet not admitted, no prejudice will be caused to the Opposite Party, if in case, the Complainant is permitted to withdraw the present complaint.  Hence, the consumer complaint accordingly stands disposed as withdrawn.  Parties shall bear their own costs.
